What a purchase includes
Each successful payment licenses the returned result to you and your organization for internal work, classroom instruction and use within your own application. You may adapt materials and share learner-facing portions with your learners or deliver the result to the end user of your application. Do not resell the raw catalog, redistribute a bulk corpus, or present NovaPath content as an exclusive independently validated resource. Public-domain source facts remain public domain; these terms do not restrict their original rights. The paid service provides selection, normalization, documentation and retrieval. Existing third-party rights remain with their owners. Contact support for broader distribution licensing.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in USDC; the signed x402 challenge specifies the exact asset, network, amount and receiving address. Each new authorization is a separate purchase. There is no recurring subscription. A changed catalog price applies only to new purchases. Your wallet or service provider may impose its own fees.
Delivery and recovery
Save the exact request, payer address and payment authorization nonce before sending a payment. If a response is lost, use the wallet-authenticated recovery endpoint described in the buyer guide. Never automatically authorize a second payment after an uncertain response. A recovery request costs nothing. Chain confirmation or a temporary provider outage may delay recovery.
If payment settled but recovery remains unavailable, contact sickyicky@gmail.com with the transaction hash and operation name. Do not send private keys, recovery phrases or confidential input data. We will investigate delivery and arrange a correction or refund for a verified undelivered purchase. Refunds are handled manually; this API cannot debit the receiving wallet automatically.

Data products and evaluation
Public signal records are fixed October 18, 2026 editions. A filing, permit, clearance or historical recall record does not establish current procurement availability, safety, supplier demand or permission to contact anyone. Check current original sources. Childcare survey measures describe one historical regional convenience sample and are released in fixed bands with exact counts and subgroup filters withheld. Storefront cohorts describe one owned store; seller earnings are not business profit and listing age is not equal exposure. Role archetypes and review cases are newly authored with AI assistance. Evaluation cases are synthetic, with authored answer keys and no independent expert labels.
Privacy and receipts
The service accepts bounded selections, dates, public geography codes, aggregate numbers and public business/topic search terms. Do not submit personal or confidential text, contact details, notes or uploads. Public business signal records retain organization names and source record references. Survey and commerce products contain only fixed derived tables; no respondent, buyer or order records are included. Private receipts retain the purchased result, a hash of the request, wallet address, authorization nonce, payment details and timestamps to support delivery and disputes. A result can reflect the aggregate numbers you supplied. Raw request bodies and wallet private keys are not stored in these receipts. Receipt files are kept in private Vercel storage and are not exposed through public links. Vercel and Coinbase process hosting and payment metadata; blockchain transfers are public. Receipts remain available while the service operates, subject to support, security and retention needs. Contact support about access or deletion; deletion may prevent later recovery. Do not submit personal or confidential records.
